Sponsorship Request Form

Please fill in the form below to initiate the process of having Patriot Memory possibly sponsoring your event.

Here are a few qualifying criteria your event must meet in order for Patriot Memory to become a sponsor.

Submit your completed sponsorship application six weeks in advance of the event.
Patriot Memory can only sponsor a limited number of events throughout the year. Qualifying sponsored events are selected on a case-by-case basis.
Agree to prominently display any Patriot Memory promotional banners at your event that Patriot Memory may provide.
Agree to make any Patriot Memory promotional marketing materials easily available to your event attendees that we provide you. Marketing materials may include product brochures, stickers, etc.
Agree to identify Patriot Memory as a sponsor of your event, and provide a link to Patritot Memory's website.
Agree to post the Patriot Memory logo and any Patriot Memory web banners as prominently as possible on your main event or organization website. Patriot Memory will provide electronic files for the logo and banner.
Agree to provide photographs of the event and unlimited permission for Patriot Memory to use these photos for our own promotional purposes on the web or in print. Patriot Memory can provide photo release forms for event attendees to fill out if needed.
